ABSA CREDIT LIFE - UNAUTHORISED ******** DEBITING OF ACCOUNT!!!!

ABSA CREDIT LIFE ** SHOCKING **

Early last year I discovered that I had a policy with ABSA CREDIT LIFE which I do not recall agreeing to. I fought for months for them to cancel this policy as I did not have a need for it as I had my own life cover in place. I was told that I had agreed to the policy over the phone and they would not be refunding me. Despite them promising to sending me to supposed voice clips, I received NOTHING.

Months went by with my account not being debited and lo and behold, come January this year, my account is being debited again!!! Once again, I managed to cancel the debit order. Shock, shock, horror, I will not be receiving a refund as I had agreed to this policy over the phone, again! And, once again, I have requested the voice clip and, once again, I have received NOTHING!

This is nothing more than theft!!!
