ABSA Credit Life Retrenchment Plan Bad Service

I'm still waiting for ABSA to get back to me regarding a retirement package they sold me. They keep saying that they will send the recording where one of their agents sold me a package assuring me that my vehicle will be paid in full in case of retrenchment. Now that I'm retrenched I cant pay my monthly installments. They are ducking and diving.
