Absa credit life - phantom insurance that never respond.
Retrenched. Absa credit card and Absa loan both had cover. Sent in application forms, documentation, several times. No feedback, no response but hundred calls a month from their debt collectors. Somebody do something. I’m sick to death of the incompetence.
