Absa Credit Life - Pays late monthly creating arrears

Shocking service from Absa Credit Life. How is it that they pay my credit card late every month? It makes no sense to have an insurance policy in place if they can't pay the installment by the due date as this causes me to go into arrears every month. Their answer is that they pay monthly from the same date as the claim was approved. Surely it would just be common sense to ensure that the installment is paid as per the credit card due date each month moving forward? It comes as no surprise that they tried to shift the blame onto me and told me that it was my responsibility to inform the credit card department of the payment date change! Please explain how I was supposed to do this if I was not even informed of the change of date? I see they keep taking their premium on time though!
