Absa credit life insurance is giving me run arounds

My name is Weziwe Pahleni, in 2015 i bought a car through absa vehicle finance and i was advise to take a credit life insurance incase of death or retrenchment which i greed. Now i am retrenched, i have been trying to get hold of credit life department with no luck because they keep on putting me through to those phone calls playing music untill it drops me? I am frustrated now because i am unable to pay my due instalment but when i took this cover they promised me that in the event of retrenchment i will not worry because am covered

Hello Peter please help me get hold of absa credit life insurance department to come forward and fullfil their promises
