I recently lost my Job, I had a policy with ABSA Credit life, they do not respond to emails, I have been sending Multiple Emails trying to get them to respond to a simple email.

when they made me to take the policy they did not mention that it does not cover contractors employees, No document was sent to me all the application was done through a telephone. I took the policy 3-4 years back now that I need the help they tell me I am not covered.
