ABSA CREDIT LIFE
I have ABSA credit card,In 2020 i have app**** for credit life because i was impacted by retrenchment.The credit was paid by credit life for 6 months.I managed to secure a job contract in 2021 which was ended in April 2021.I have called credit card division to advise them that im unemployed again.I was inform that credit-life wont be able to cover my credit card again they do only once off payment.The challenge that i have Absa is still deducting the insurance premium monthly although they told me that they will never cover my credit card again.If that is the case why must i pay for the insurance that will never assist me in time of need?
