Absa Credit Card USELSS

I've sent 3 emails over the past couple days. Keep getting a response that someone will contact me within 24hrs! Its been 3 damn days!!!!!! I hired a car and my deposit was cancelled on the 17 October, I have the proof of cancellation which I have emailed through to follow up where my money is!! Its been 2 weeks and no money have been released into my account!!! This is extremely frustrating, and it is not the 1st time this has happened. The last time I spent over 3 hours on the phone and nothing was done! I do not have that kind of airtime to be on the phone for hours again. Look into this as it is very urgent, and get back to me ASAP
