ABSA CREDIT CARD UNAUTHORISED CHARGE FOR USE OF AIRPORT LOUNGE

On 10 Sept ABSA send out communication that as from 1 October 2024 Lounge access will be with the Dragon pass App. When I arrived at the Cape Town Bidvest airport lounge on 10 October I tried to gain acess with the Dragon pass APP. However I couldn't get the APP to load my access details. The lady then asked if I have an ABSA card as it is still valid for lounge access. I took out my card and then she said it will be R350 because I was 20 minutes early, I then said I will come back in 20 minutes. I then gave my card at the allowed time for processing, never been told I will be charged. Also why only deduct the money from my credit card long after the lounge access date, 10 Oct versus 18 Nov Please read the access conditions as from 1 October stating no spending limit required. Numerous e-mails to ABSA with poor response times and feedback. In closing this is an UNAUTHORISED CHARGE FOR USE OF AIRPORT LOUNGE.
