Absa credit card PIN🤬😡🤬😡🤬

I got a credit card with Absa, this is after rescheduling 3 times with their delivery department as they don’t keep to delivery instructions. Finally got the card which they promised I’ll be able to use without the app. I received and called their number, one lady said I must go to the atm to get my pin, the other lady said Absa couriers your pin in an envelope separately (after 3 days) another said I have to call the voice automated service and it will read out my pin. I did all this and still I don’t have a pin to my Absa card. As a first time Absa client, this has given me enough reason to even cancel the card and never to bank with Absa. Something as simple as a pin. Never have I been so inconvenienced in my life. Driving around like a headless chicken. Damn you Absa. Damn you
