Absa credit card payment arramgement dishoured by institution
Unfair practise keep moving goal posts Absa sms me on 2 feb 2022 new interest rate hike of 0.25% amount for R3128. 72. So imake sure i have enough money in the account so that i can cover the R500 credit card arrangement as well. So absa automatically on 6 feb 2022 deducts an amount of R3141. 30 leaving a balance of R499. 55 which is 45 cents shortof the agreed payment i would continue paying off my credit card. Absa immediately hands it over to newtons attorneys because I didnt honour the arrangement. How can i honour any arrangement that you are deliberately changing when I have the information you sent me on sms. I have been without work for along time but i am making every effort to honour the arrangement which you seem to break continuously.
Is absa really been sincere every time they state this.Over the years I have always stuck to the agreements absa set and will continue honouring the arrangements made.I am having great difficulty financially yes absa but I have never refused to stop paying my debt.Show some understanding you will get your money.Stop harassing me with your phone calls from your buyers trying to get me to sell the roof over my head.I still have a laat lammertjie of six years old which I am putting through school so stop harassing and I will make every effort to continue paying my debt.
