ABSA Credit Card Paid up letter is a no-show- Afr-ICANNOT-city!!!

ABSA Credit Card - Account paid up & need such letter. I have been a customer of ABSA since they were Volkskas Bank. I went on Debt Rescue and my Cdt card is paid fully and account closed. Since Aug 2022 I have been going into 3 different branches asking the consultants to please give me a letter, from the branc we called the credit card department and nobody in ABSA can see any info of any existence of that account number on my profile / ID. I phoned the legal department and they referred me back to a branch where I have to go the legal department itself inside the branch for assistance. Well guess what - they can't help me because I don't have a legal policy to cover me for instances like this and they also cant find the account number which is supp**** to them. Now the process / situation is as follows: One apply for debt rescue. You submit all doc's from creditor's. Debt rescue also get doc's from them. DR negotiate new payment T&C's. DR go to court. An order is granted and DR take over the payments. The account is settled in full. Now all of a sudden ABSA can not find the account number supp**** to them - which was originally part of the DR process - to give me a paid up letter to submit to DR for a clearance certificate to be issued. Now how the .... hell does that happen ABSA? Did you sommer delete me as a client, when my account was paid up? How am I going to get proof now from ABSA - paid up letter? I sent e-mails to debtreviewqueries@absa, contactcard@absa, everydaybankingenquiries@absa, complaintresolution@absa and even the group secretary of absa and still no avail. I think I must go to the Ombudsman for Banking Services also. With all of this shenanigans going on - we want to buy a house and apply for a bond at absa but NOW I am NOT sure anymore. absa - your slogan of Afr-ICAN-acity is not appropriate anymore and does not do / reflect your business any good. More something like afr-icannot-city. Please get your house in order and sort out my problem asap. Otherwise I will bombard each department every day with e-mails until it is resolved.
