Absa credit card paid up letter

Hi my name is Ntombifikile Kamissoko I had a credit card with Absa bank I paid it up last year and requested a paid up letter, up to today I have not received it.I went to the branch in Boksburg I was told the consultant sent an email to credit card department, I have emailed Absa provided them with my names and ID number up to today nothing.

What will I have to do to get this paid up letter from Absa please assist this is very unprofessional for such a reputable bank. Last week I got a response that I did not provide the account details ofcourse I don't have the account number but I provided them with my ID number and contact number Could they not call me and verify my details and send me the letter.

I need this letter please
