Absa Credit Card Paid Up but cant be used?

Absa Credit Card was paid up but it seems it cannot be used. I was informed that when it is paid up then I will be able to use it again.

Please kindly advise what should happen now since the external collections have advised months ago that the account has been paid up in full. I have the paid up letter.

I still want to continue using my credit card because I was retrenched hence it was in arrears.

ABSA can I continue with the credit card or has it been permanently closed?

Thank you for bringing this unfortunate matter to my attention, please note that you can visit your nearest Absa branch or your main branch Irene to get a replacement card.
