Absa Credit Card or Card Reversals really bad

Absa Private Banking reversal/authorisations team is trash. I contacted the credit card division on Saturday asking for a reversal and they instructed me to send a letter from a merchant which I did and every time I call to ask about the reversal they take you from one point to another. Load of BS and unprofessional customer service which is non existent.
