ABSA CREDIT CARD ONLINE APPLICATION USELESS

<p>I do all my banking with ABSA. I app**** for a credit card with ABSA online and it was approved. I submitted all the needed docs. My Credit Card got delivered 2days later and had the original docs at hand for the courier guy. I phoned customer care to activate my card and was notified that it will take 48 hours to have it activated. IT HAS NOW BEEN 4 DAYS ! Everytime I phone customer care I am notified that there is a backlog. It is unacceptable ! DO NOT ADVERTISE A 48 HOUR WAITING PERIOD WHEN YOU ACTUALLTY MEAN 4 DAYS (AND STILL COUNTING) ! </p>
