Absa Credit Card - missing funds from an automatic limit increase

Absa Credit Card automatically increased my credit limit in June 2023 and again in June 2024. The funny thing is I never picked up the 2023 increase because it never reflected the credit balance on my banking app and since I was not aware of the transaction I never used the funds. This year there was no communication again, I picked it up after transferring the positive balance into my cheque acc (negative balance). I then went to the branch and that's where I first learned about the credit limit increase. I've since lodged an inquiry with Absa Action Line but to no satisfaction. The last email was sent on the 13/08/2024 requesting copies of the emails sent to me when the increases were loaded but there's been no response. Absa failed to inform me about the limit increases but now that I've stopped using the card until the matter is resolved, I've been getting payment reminder via WhatsApp and Emails on daily basis. NB: I've kept my card at a minimum balance for more than five years now.
