Absa Credit card lost all documents

On Wednesday 15 March I received a call from ABSA asking if I wanted to increase the credit limit on my credit card. I had a thought about it and then agreed and sent the relevant documents they required on Friday 17 April. Shortly after I got an acknowledgement email. On Wednesday 22 March I got an SMS saying that they are awaiting my docs so I immediately send them again. They re-sent the same acknowledgement email. 24 March another SMS from them saying my credit card limit has been exceeded. So I decided to call them. I Spoke to Ivanica Goeieman and she first off told me that she has no record of this which is terrifying because who have I just send a lot of very personal details too, and after about 15 minutes of waiting on hold she eventually said she found something and that she will call be back before close of business that day, and needless to say this being ABSA no one called me back. A few days after I called back requesting this matter be sorted out as soon as possible. Morne Leyds again said that he has no record of anything but can see that I requested that my credit limit be increased ( which is completely wrong as they called me and offered) so he told me to send him the required docs to his personal work email address. He did not receive any of my emails that had the docs attached to. Other emails with no attachments he received without a problem. After sending it to him and his manager Thulane Nkabinde many times I had to wait until the 19th April for the next SMS saying it has eventually happened. This needs to be sorted out as soon as possible because ***** happens every day and I want to know where my documents have gone because I sent them quite a few times.
