Absa Credit Card Limit

Good Morning,

I am a very frustaded customer.I had a Credit Limit of R55000 on my Absa credit card . To my surprise this morning it showed a zero limit.I phoned around and was very surprised to find out that I was handed over to Collections.When I app**** for the Credit card I asked for a debit order.The card division has been debiting my account monthly.Without any notification or a call to my surprise my limit was decreased and I have kept a credit balance of R49000. To my dismay I was told this morning that my credit limit was systematically decreased.I deposited my pension into the account in Feb,now Absa has taken my money without any notification.Our agreement was that I will pay a monthly installment which I feel that I kept. I want my R49000 returned not R27100.This is not Service at all.

If not I would like to have a reference no to log a case with the Ombudsman
