Absa Credit Card- Judgement removal

I paid up my account and Absa promised to remove the judgement and this still has not been done. I am getting declined when applying for car finance because of this judgement. The account was paid up last year and paid up letter was sent to me but credit profile has not been updated

I bank with Absa but I am really disappointed with their service. I actually dont know what to do anymore
