Absa credit card issue

I app**** for a credit card in April, got approved and promised delivery of my card 5 working days later. Four weeks later after not receiving the card, ït was being printed" I was told that the application had expired. This is very unlikely, seeing that I already accepted the quotation. Since May I have been waiting for someone from the credit card department to contact me. They just keep on sending me a the same reply with a ref#
