Absa credit card has a lot of issues!!!!

The issue of uncleared transactions yet the balance is deducted is very annoying cz it seems like a ****, some transactions sits for weeks on uncleared. and today there is an uncleared transaction n a reversal but my balance was not updated accordingly !!!
