Absa credit card *****

I have been a victim of ***** from ABSA, A ********* opened an account for credit card in my name in 2019, i have reported it online and went to absa physically, no one seems to help. I have been attached to the credit for years. It’s a struggle for me to open a credit account because of the issue. I need help.Please help.
