ABSA CREDIT CARD ***** DIVISION SERVICE IS PATHETIC

Hi there, I refer to my previous complaint reference C-***7. This complaint was apparently dissolved with ONLY AN EMAIL...NO EXPLANATION OR ANSWER TO ANY OF MY QUESTION. I was just ask to call Nthabiseng Sibande for further informations. ABSA CREDIT CARD ***** DIVISION does not know what customer service is. I am disgusted the way I am being treated. NO PHONE CALLS just a pathetic email. I want answers to ALL my questions and I want ALL m money refunded !!!!
