Absa Credit Card Finance Charge

Absa takes more on their credit card even when you pay your monthly installment. They just did a credit card finance charge of R221.52 on my account for no reason.

This is totally unacceptable especially if I did not spend any money from my credit account. This needs to be corrected as soon as possible.
