Absa credit card

I have been receiving sms to settle a credit card with a debt of +- 250k , a card that i dont have and never had . LGR attorneys who the account has been handed over to has assured me on a number of occasions that they will remove my number from the system and i still am getting messages.

This is unacceptable that the bank has given my number for an account that doesnt belong to me , how can i take this up further with Absa as this can affect my credit profile
