Absa credit card division - Poor service

Absa offered me a limit increase I accepeted and sent all requested documents on the 13th of April turn around time is 2 days i followed up no response again then received an sms to resubmit.

This is unprofessional i wait more than 6 mins tryin to speak to a consultant with no luck.
