Absa Credit card division is useless and not user friendly

Biggist idiots, I leave R20 000 extra in my credit card so that if any monies are due they can use that money, but instead they will report you to credit bureau as missed payments. Never use this *********** bank. They had me listed as missed payment just because I paid on 25th of month and not 2nd of a month which now shows bad credit even though I have been a loyal on time pay customer. Stay away!!!
