ABSA CREDIT CARD DIVISION *********** / REASSIGNS FROM ONE ATTORNEY TO ANOTHER

On 31 January 2022 my Absa credit card was paid up to MBD who handled my arrears credit card on behalf of Absa. Proof of full and final settlement (from MBD) was sent to the Absa Collections department (***) on 18 February 2022. Today I was contacted by Daly Incorporated regarding my ABSA credit card. I was very rude to the poor lady who called because I am sick and tired of the INCOMPTENCY of Absa to do as they are told. They are quick to hand you over but never quick to pick up the phone and make a call themselves. I have called before and this was the email address they gave me when I said that I am have settled. It is ABSA that told me what the next step was and that was to send the paid up letter from MBD to them. Now I have to receive endless calls from OTHER attorneys because of their incompetency to communicate. I also an still waiting for my paid up letter from ABSA to confirm that the account has been closed.
