ABSA credit card division harassment
While I acknowledge that my account is currently in arrears due to accumulated finance charges, I have consistently made payments on a monthly basis in line with my salary cycle. I am remunerated once per month and therefore am not in a position to make intermittent payments outside of that cycle.
Despite explaining this repeatedly, I continue to receive up to five calls per day, often having the same conversation multiple times. This level of contact is excessive, disruptive to my professional obligations, and counterproductive. I rely on my phone for work purposes, and the repeated calls are materially interfering with my ability to perform my duties.
