Absa Credit Card Division absolitely pathetic

To whom it may concern. Absa's Credit Card Division is utterly pathetic and unproffessional. My Credit limit was increased automatically without my concent and I never recieved a notification or phonecall from the Absa Credit Card Division for this. A few months later when I app**** for a increase on my Credit Card, I was denied this. I feel that due to the crisis of my circumstances that when I need the increase on my credit limit, Absa Credit Card Division just doesn't bother to concider me for the increase, but when it suites them, then the increase is approved.

I feel that Absa Credit Card Division is utterly unproffesional and the staff is untrainable and unprofessional. I was mislead by the Absa slogan of Africannacity with the meaning that there is always a way. Thank you Absa for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!
