ABSA Credit Card department hounding clients for R388

ABSA Credit Card I ran behind on my credit card. Not even a full month. I have set a automatic fund transfer to transfer R500 every week but I didn't set the start date correctly. I phone the Credit Card department when I realized my mistake and made arrangements. But still I receive threatening sms's and calls daily but no one speaks. Most calls would be at 07:30 in the morning but no one speaks to you. It seems like ABSA staff just don't have the guts to speak to you directly, they just hound you at random times. I'm R388 in arrears guys really. Go hound the mp's that owe you millions.
