ABSA credit card delivery

ABSA credit card division wants to send my credit card via a courier, who phoned me on an unknown number, wanting to know my address and personal details. Obviously I did not comply to the unknown caller. If ABSA wants to send my credit card via a courier, why do they not supply the delivery address to the courier?
