Absa credit card collections

I have a unsecured credit from Absa the card came through the post in 2011 and I used the card since then. I have paid the card diligently until June 2017 when I become unemployed and have struggled to pay the full amount. Although I have sent LRG ,Jeanet Bester 3 bank statements and affidavits on three different occasions and my sister helps me to pay R100 a month. It just gets worse with the threat of summons all the time. I just ask for empathy as I know I owe the money and I have expressed to Jeanet that I will not run away and start paying the required instalment as soon as I find employment. Please can you help me with this.
