ABSA CREDIT CARD CLOSURE NIGHTMARE

Closing a xredit card at ABSA demands many phone calls and hidden charges I have banked with ABSA for over 3 years, and I am disgusted by the poor service they offered me when I want to close my Credit Card. While travelling to Cape Town from Spain,. I spent three days over two weeks going to a branch in Queenstown to try and close my account.

I am a Bussinessman and my time is being wasted till now I am told someone from Account Closure will call me I don't know why they make it hard for Account Closure while it is easy to open.
