ABSA CREDIT CARD

For the past 3 years plus I have been telling absa I never recieved the credit card they claimed I owe. I went to the branch in boulders and still no assist I even paid 3k towards the credit card and to date they claim I woe. I asked for the proof of signature on the receipt of the credit card and to date nothing. Now it's affecting my credit record
