ABSA Credit card blocked by your mistake

Your card division had a problem whereby cards swiped on Sunday were blocked. The only way I can resolve this after your mistake is to go to a bank??? My husband is literally dying of a brain tumour here at home as I type this - I hardly leave the house - have not even been into work. The one time I shoot out to buy groceries you mistakenly block my card. I do not have time to wait in queues to fix YOUR mistake. Yet I am told there is no other way in which I can use my card today to get some groceries?<br> Totally disappointing and unacceptable ABSA<br>
