ABSA Credit card balance nightmare.

We have been trying to get the balance owed from ABSA regarding my wife credit card but everytime we contact the bank, the consultant we chat to gives us different amounts. The statement sent to her sometimes doesn't reflect her payments or are outdated. She moved to another bank and can't even use the app to check all this information for her self. Can someone contact us with correct balance and updated statements?
