Absa Credit Card

I paid a ABSA credit card while I was under Debt review and one of the debt review consultants phoned them in January, and was told that there is a credit on my account. And they will send me a refund. Every time I phone the call centre I get a different story. I am still waiting for my refund. And nobody can give me a answer. I need my refund and this whole mess sorted out as soon as possible.
