ABSA CREDIT CARD ASSISTANCE IS USELESS
ABSA credit card assistance is USELESS. If you look for a contact number for credit card assistance you get ***. I phoned the number and waited for 19 minutes. Eventually speak to someone and she tells me she cant help she must forward me to another number. I THEN GET CUT OFF AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME!!!!!!!!!!

05 Oct 2022, 12:35I have emailed twice and phoned about 10 times. The number provided in your email is constantly engaged. I have no idea if anything is being done as the problem is still the same and have received no indication if you have read my email.
