Absa credit card arrears

I have the worst experience my name is showing a Red alert as I'm in arrears for the past 4 months, I have contacted the credit card department which tells me I'm in no arrears, they say it takes 30 days to clear system, it's literally 4 months now its really Effecting me as I'm dealing with absa for the past 9 years an can't apply a loan coz my name has arrears which is not even there, when contacting credit card department they say they can't help me an gve me an email address to send an contact no, I have sent an email with no reply. I have tried contacting those noz which have been given its says subscribe unavailable, as a client I seriously think it's unfair..to me as a client knowing we going threw such hard times it's so ridiculous. An the worst is when u contact credit card department there is nothing they can do gve u no which u waste so much airtym no one answer its frustrating
