ABSA CREDIT CARD approved but no further communication

I app**** for the ABSA CREDIT CARD online on the 11/06/2024 and it was approved and I accepted the quotation and sent off the document to be reviewed the last email from them them was an acknowledgement that they have received my documents and I will be called to finalize. I called on 19/06/2021 and was transferred to that department but no one was answering. The 5 days has lapsed and they are obviously not processing my application.
