ABSA Credit Card application delay

I was contacted by ABSA regarding a credit card application and it was processed a month ago and to date I am still waiting on my card to be delivered. Even after several calls and emails to them I have still not received any response from their Client Service and Complaints department. They have literally exceeded all over their turn around SLAs. Sad service received by a new client and I can only imagine the type of after sale service I will be receiving.

So please don't forward me another reference number and do not send me a contact number to phone, rather ensure that you arrange for the card that I have been waiting for for a month.
