ABSA Credit Card

Good day, still no feedback on below requests after 3 weeks.

Reverse Digital transfer *** - 19/11/2022.

Money was paid into credit card which no longer exist and unable to remove it card on my app. Need to call in every time to get it transferred, but now it taking almost a month.
