ABSA CREDIT CARD!!!

I am very disappointed in the Absa credit card division. I wanted to apply for a credit limit increase on my credit card and was told I only qualify for a certain amount. I told the lady who helped me that I needed a lot more and was told she wouldn't be able to assist me in this matter. I told her that I am a very loyal client of Absa and have been with Absa Bank for many years. I have a great credit score, never missed a payment, and can also see that Ive settled my credit card many times in the past. So I told the person that I really needed assistance and really needed the Credit increase only to be told that she won't be able to assist me. I need this sorted ASAP or I might be moving my banking to another bank that would be able to assist me.
