Absa Credit Card

On 13 June 2024 I accidentally typed in the wrong CVV number on my payment and my Absa Credit Card was blocked. I phoned several times and they said that I will be phoned within 24 hours. Well it is the 18 th already and I phoned them again.l at 12h00. They gave me a reference number and promised that they will phoneme before 13h00.The day went by without any call. Now it is 22h00 on 18th June and I urgently have to make payments or loose my order and quit a lot of money. The service sucks and Absa Credit Card Dept is totally useless and not competent at all. ABSALUTELY Useless bunch. And I will promise that nobody will even phone me tommorrow. You suck ABSA. Iam a client since you changed from Volkskas to ABSA and you treatment like this. Disgusting guys.
