Absa credit card

I had an absa Gold credit card after losing my job, I was unable to pay for it. It was handed over to Lawyers fortunately I manage to pay it off in September 2017 after getting a new job, now checking my credit report on Clearscore I see it still shows as unpaid. I called absa and I was given a number to call for itc updates but no one answers. Can you please update on Itc.
