Absa credit card

I wont recommend ABSA to anyone, had a bad experience with them its been 4 weeks since I app**** for a credit card ,im the one who have to follow them around,i signed the contract ,accepted their debit order send all the documents, after 4 weeks they don’t even call to give me feed back and their staff members are rude , i have to wait everyday for 1 and half hour on a call to get assistance wasting my airtime,How can a a bank that claims that they are number don’t even give their customers feedback.
