ABSA ****PY

If there is one thing i can not deal with is having to repeat myself a thousand times over one simple query. ABSA you are messing with my time and with my money..i dislike the way that you are inconvenience me. I WAS VERY CLEAR : that whoever calls to resolve the query should get their ducks in a row. Peter from ****arney Mall cant be asking me the same questions and expecting me not ti get frustrated. I requested to speak to the Manager and i was told that she is on sick leave until Monday.....I want this to be resolved or will take this matter to the OBADSMAN.,
