ABSA, CRADLESTONE BUSINESS SERVICE SUCKS.

I am a business and private client of Absa all my life, however the service from the business banking is horrific. I had to open a 3rd account under my business portfolio and wen at last got hold of my business banker she advised me to use a number to enable me to open the account. The number referred me back to my banker. I then went to the branch on Monday the 29th of August 2022, got to sit with the banker and she committed to open the account by close of business. Tuesday 30 August 2022, I went to the bank again, as I did not received the mail as promised. She did not even remembered me!!! Then made the promise again. Needless to say, the Friday when I got hold of her she again could not remembered me and till today I have not been able to get hold of her or received any feedback. Needless to say, I will now open a account with another bank!! The same lame service I received beginning of the year, when she could not FICA my account! Only after getting assistance from the CEO's secretary, I was assisted. They are beyond pathetic!
